Hi, I’m Henry Lee Deal.

Hospitality wasn’t something I chose. It was simply the way I was raised.

Growing up in Western France, I spent my childhood surrounded by restaurants, music, family dinners and people who believed the smallest details made the greatest impression.

Raised by a French mom and an American dad, it allowed me to submerge myself into 2 cultures. My mother devoted her career to hospitality. My father spent his nights performing music. Together they taught me that creating an unforgettable experience is equal parts precision, creativity, and heart. Both of them just know how to make people feel welcome. Honestly, I never really had a choice — this was always going to be my thing.

I started at the bottom, washing dishes. Worked my way up to bartending, and before long I was bartending at friends' parties just for fun, just because I loved it. Then I moved to the US for a totally different project, threw an event on the side, and that was it — I was hooked. Bartending stopped being a side gig and turned into the only thing I wanted to do.

2026 is the year I quit my restaurant bartending job and went all in on this. We're just getting started.

When you book with Legacy Hospitality & Events, you're not getting a vendor going through the motions — you're getting someone who grew up around people who made hospitality feel personal, and who chose this life over everything else because of it. That's what shows up at your event: real care, real attention, no cutting corners. Ready to see what that looks like at yours? Book now.

My Approach

Hospitality is where this business started, so it's how we run every event. Service should feel effortless for our clients — no waiting, no guesswork, no chasing us down. We're responsive, always reachable, and we don't say no to a request. Every detail, from the glass in your hand to the pour behind the bar, comes from years of high-end training. Convenience isn't an add-on for us. It's the standard.

How Booking Works

  1. Reach out. Tell us your date, guest count, and vision. We recommend booking 4–6 weeks out, especially for weekends and peak season — but we'll always talk through last-minute requests within 24 hours if availability allows.

  2. Pick your package. Choose from our set tiers or build it entirely from scratch with Sur Mesure.

  3. Consultation. We walk through your event together — package fit, cocktail selection, glassware, and any custom requests.

  4. Tasting. Ahead of your event — recipes, garnishes, final touches — we taste through the full menu together (when included).

  5. Confirm the details. Once everything's locked in — headcount, add-ons, timeline — we finalize your booking.

  6. We show up and handle it. Setup, service, breakdown. You host the party, we run the bar.
